Realistic Short Term Targets

WIth a pretty-much brand new squad and a new management team, but with a £200-per-home game stadium fee and thus no playing budget, what do you think is a realistic short term target for the club?

As with previous managers etc...they can only do there best. Amazing how aprt from myself, only one other person voted to concentrate on the youth! THEY ARE THE FUTURE! GET REAL!

Maybe because no one else liked the idea of the 'forget the first team' part of that option?! Try not to read too much into it. The options were very contrived.
