Well done lads! Slowy moving in the right direction,on and off the pitch. The team fought hard for the points yesterday, at one time in the game they were chasing shodows, Cardiff bay looked excellent at times, perhaps lacked finishing ability at vital times, and maybe not quite strong enough. Still they were quick and on their day they would be a handfull for a lot of teams in our division. Pleasing to see the team battle and hold on in the second half and get their reward with 3 points. Now steady on lads the Crow support aint been up to sixth in the league in a long while, we will get a nose bleed! Come on you Crows!!!!

Yes great win by the lads! Well done :D It wasn't the best football we've played this season but its shows the character and determination of the side. It would be nice to see more support for the team. Top 3 by christmas????

I also hear the reserves got their first win yesterday, 1-0 against a very big & physical Risca side. Well done :D :D :D

Yes, i have to agree that it wasn't the best performance, and the Quins were unlucky not to get something from the game, but 3 points are 3 points. Im sure there'll be a game were we play really well but only get a point, or even less. What's the saying? "Good teams make their own luck"?

Well done lads!

Quins will do well this year - plenty of pace. I wouldn't mind if we signed their number 2 and 14 ;)

Well done to the reserves too - i wonder if the goalscorer will get a call-up to the 1st team? :)

Gotta agree with Counting Crows about Cardiff Bays' number 2 and 14. Although their number 14 was with us for a while, he is a really good player, number 2 caused us loads of problems as well, but i think he rounded our keeper early in the game and hit the side netting with an open goal beckoning. Still would not turn my nose up at either player.

was the number 2 a very speedy black guy? if so his name is Ahmed Noor (Snoory) and yes he's a very talented player. one of their centre backs is excellent too (Abdi) and the one midfielder (Omar) used to be at Man Utd I believe.

who was the number 14 that used to play for the crows?

Yep, number 2 was Noor. And 14 was Abdul Rasul. Ganet signed him and he scored against Aberaman in the 1-1 draw at their place.

rasul is a real nice lad as well as a decent player, although he'll promise to sort you out with free grub from his family's takeaway and then never come through!
