Strange game today. Same line-up as last week. Similar start (apart from a fluked goal) but no goals.

Injuries didn't help us, and the second half red card made it very hard for us. The defence did well for the whole game apart from falling asleep at a short corner in injury time.

Let's play every game away :?

Do the players like playing at the stadium?!

If the players do not appreciate the stadium there must be a problem with them the ground is probably one of, if not , the best in the league

I have said it before on this board we have been lucky in games, but somedays our luck will run out, yesterday was a perfect example of this, the flukey cross goal. Having said that I do not feel we deserved to win the game either, but after such a bad start it was always going to be hard to get something yesterday. But on anotherday we may have got a draw. This team is fighting hard for everything it can get, a lot of the players have moved up from a lower level of football and are learning each week. I like this group of lads attitude, but I feel mid table is about the best we can expect. And thats great we need to stop sliding down and consolidate. I have no complaints about this group of lads and hope they stay for a good while but we aint a great side yet but we have some good players and hope fully build towards this. I do not think the stadium effects form either way. But yesterday in the sunshine I looked at the pitch and around the ground and thought to myself that the old lady still looks good, even with the stand out of action etc. But then again I grew up right next to the stadium, have been attending Crows games for many a year and am a very sentimental Crow Supporter.

On another note, great to see the mascots enjoy themselves at the game yesterday. I knew the parents and one of the mascots, the parents and child came over to me and showed me their mascot photo with the team captains and officals. they were really pleased. Well done to all involved with making their day! :D
